Absolutely fresh, moist, delicious! I was hesitant about ordering since I’m all the way in California. However there was no need. The cake was wrapped very well and tasted great! It also arrived before the projected date.
USPS screwed the shipping up but I received the cake 7 days later and it was still very moist. We ate on the cake 3 days later which would’ve been day 10 and it was still great!!!
First time customer, and my original cake I received was not up to par. I emailed you about it and you rectified the situation immediately by issuing me a new order within 10 minutes of receiving my complaint. And I received a new cake in a few days. I appreciate your authentic apology and how fast and willingly corrected the wrong. My lemon pound cake was heavenly!! And I can’t wait to place my next order. Customer for life!
